Why am I sharing this topic? Because I believe that after this round of market falls a bit more, it will then break through new highs, or after going up, a central area might form at a high position for a month or so, and we should be cautious. This upward trend has been going on for over two years now. Of course, I do not believe that the bull market has ended; rather, we need to change our thinking at the right time, prepare in advance, or adapt our mindset. At that time, I might also share some contrary trading instructions, such as: significantly reducing positions, taking profits at the top, shorting, etc.
Many people get caught in confusion and uncertainty when a trend changes direction; the turning point is inherently chaotic, and most people feel lost. Therefore, we need to prepare in advance. 1. Not knowing where the top is
2. Being disturbed by various external factors, such as media news and random comments from influencers
3. Human greed; hoping for new highs when prices are high, hoping to buy at new lows when prices are low
4. Getting used to a mindset of making money in rising markets, not being accustomed to making money in declining markets
Today we mainly discuss the 4th point:
Traders trade trends (markets); an upward trend is a trend, and a downward trend is also a trend. Often, the cryptocurrency market can have a downward trend for over a year.
