This year, Web3Labs announced a strategic partnership with the DFINITY Foundation to jointly launch the 'ICP X Web3Labs Global Acceleration Program' on Olympus, officially opening applications for global Web3 startups to join the program.
After rigorous screening, several projects with outstanding potential in innovation and technology have emerged. Selected projects will receive resource support from both parties in areas such as market, business, funding, and exchanges, including special grants and potential investment incentives.
Overview of the first selected projects
TownStory Galaxy is a groundbreaking web3-based social management game that invites players to build and manage their own virtual towns, nurturing a vibrant global community. Recent achievements of the Linea Park event include over 1 million accounts on the Linea blockchain, with users consuming nearly 1 million dollars in gas in just one week. Townstory has been deployed on ICP.
MurphAI is a modular AI platform capable of providing aggregator and developer services for AI projects within the ICP ecosystem, creating an AI hub based on ICP. Users holding ICP and ICP ecosystem tokens can access various types of AI products, while MurphAI provides a range of infrastructure for AI products within the ICP ecosystem, including computing power and data, to build the AI technology stack.
Chosen is an AI-driven leveraged prediction market based on ZKSync, which will be deployed on ICP to provide prediction services for ICP ecosystem events, politics, entertainment, and more, thus building a native prediction market for the ICP ecosystem. AI will support event predictions and act as users' opponents, creating innovative gameplay.
NGPU is a decentralized GPU network designed to provide AI computing power for the web3 world. Compared to traditional P2P GPU networks, it utilizes GPU pool technology to fully leverage the best computing power GPUs can offer. NGPU can be used for AI training, AI inference, and DePIN, and will be deployed on the ICP mainnet.
ICP Racer aims to integrate the ICP ecosystem with the Telegram ecosystem, bringing billions of Telegram users into the ICP ecosystem through TMA (Telegram Mini Apps) that can connect to ICP. Initially, it will start with relatively simple games and later expand to multiple TMA matrices to capture users.
Memefun is an ICP-based meme launch pool and trading platform that will provide infrastructure for memes in the ICP ecosystem and help facilitate the large-scale adoption of ICP technology in a more flexible way. The Memefun team is composed of experienced meme enthusiasts, NFT players, and other young professionals. Meanwhile, Memefun will integrate AI to further lower the threshold for creating memecoins.
SparkFi is the DeFi infrastructure for LST on ICP, which can provide lending protocols for nICP (generated by Waterneuron) and other ICP ecosystem assets. SparkFi offers various lending products on ICP, aiming to ignite the DeFi summer on ICP.
