I believe you are referring to the very short term, because in the short term it didn't even come close to breaking the upward trend.

Bitcoin was overheated when it reached 108k. It was desperate for any negative news for market to cool down the heat. Now it has technically broken the daily uptrend line and retested it once. There are some great events for crypto to be happened in January 2025. The Trump's Whitehouse takeover is very bullish event that can attract large money flow to crypto. My opinion is to hold till then.
