Whether the altcoin season can arrive depends on the trend of ETH. BTC has broken its previous high and is heading towards $100,000, while ETH is struggling to even break its own previous high, so it is reasonable that altcoins are currently underperforming.

The altcoin market is closely related to the exchange rate trends of BTC and ETH. If BTC continues to rise, and ETH can rise even more sharply than BTC, then altcoins may experience a general rise. However, given the current liquidity situation, I am skeptical.

If ETH continues to be so sluggish, then the altcoin season is definitely out of the question, at most we might see a few strong altcoins occasionally making a move.

If BTC also stagnates, hoping for its liquidity to withdraw and flow into altcoins is simply wishful thinking.

Don't stick to old ways of thinking and remain stagnant! The current policies, fundamentals, liquidity, and other aspects are very different from before. Institutions mostly prefer BTC, while ETH's ETF is like pocket money compared to others, not worth mentioning.

Moreover, valuable coins are constantly emerging, with more and more VCs, and their market capitalizations are quite large. With massive unlocking situations, the limited liquidity is severely diluted, and there is no capability to pump altcoins.

The above is just a personal opinion; after all, different positions lead to different thoughts.
