All exchanges operating in the European Union must delist USDT by December 30, as the stablecoin does not comply with the new MiCA regulations.
Exchange leaders are concerned that the delisting of USDT will lead to a decrease in liquidity.
However, Tether, the issuer of USDT, plans to circumvent the restrictions — the company has already invested in the issuer of the stablecoin StablE, which complies with European regulations.
