Liquidation Levels:
How to read:
- Red lines are 100x high leverage positions
- Yellow lines are 50x mid leverage positions
- Blue lines are 25x low leverage positions
Numbers along the top show the top of the range
Numbers along the bottom show the bottom of the range
Blue lines are the price chart (duh)
Now how to use this information:
- The price of each asset will range in this range. If it approuches the range top, it will flush all the red, yellow and blue "long" lines and you should trade out, short or exit at the top number. Or just keep it in mind when trading.
If it approuches the range bottom, it will flush all the red, yellow and blue "short" lines and you should trade in, long or exit at the bottom number. Or just keep it in mind when trading.
- Correlations: The top numbers will show you the price of each asset when Bitcoin is at the top of range so you know the equivalent price of the other assets at top and bottom of range.
- The density of red, yellow lines, which blend as positions enter will turn orange and green, this shows you where the most traders are trading. The price will usually move away from the dense side, but then flush violently to clear those dense areas.
-99.99% of the time the price will flush or clear the 100x red lines.
-78% of the time it will go for the 50x yellow lines.
-25% of the time it will go for the 25x blue lines.
You decide how safe you want to be. Everyone is different. The safest and most reliable trade is:
Long the bottom of the range number. Short the top range number. This can take days or weeks of waiting. But the patient are rewarded.
These are just charts available to all on TradingView with @leviathancrypto Liquidation Levels. I just keep this as my main chart view with columns - its a gem.
Good luck!
