Many people complain that with Altcoins (coins other than BTC) performing poorly, why not buy BTC or ETH instead? #BTC Season: When BTC rises sharply, capital usually flows into BTC because it is the safest asset in the crypto market. However, the profits from BTC are often not as significant compared to Altcoins (coins other than BTC).
#ETH Season: ETH often leads the Altcoin (coins other than BTC) trends, especially during periods related to DeFi (Decentralized Finance), Layer 2 (coins built on top of the original blockchain platforms like ETH, SOL), or system upgrades.
#Altcoin Season (coins other than BTC): This is when profit-seeking players look for coins with lower market capitalization, with the potential for 5x or 10x returns if chosen correctly. This stimulates capital flow into new projects, making the market more vibrant.
Investing in Altcoins (coins other than BTC) carries higher risks, but it is also what makes this market attractive and dynamic. If everyone focuses on BTC and ETH, the market would lose its competitiveness and creativity.
The core is to understand the market cycle, know how to allocate capital wisely, and accept risks commensurate with expected returns.
