As we have been publishing for a few days, Hedera has been building quietly without making much noise or marketing; if you are still doubting, if you still think it has no future, if you feel that its price is stagnant, be happy, you will have the opportunity to be an early investor in a project with enormous potential that is undervalued, but when all the announcements that should be kept under 7 keys start to appear, it will already be too late.
It's a long read, but pay attention, because what has value lies in its FOUNDATIONS and not in what the current Youtuber or influencer tells you.

EQTY Lab's verifiable computing brings trust to AI with Hedera
December 18, 2024 by the Hedera team
Hedera is the most widely used sustainable public and enterprise-grade network for the decentralized economy.
EQTY Lab, Intel, and NVIDIA's new verifiable computing solution consolidates trust in the Hedera network
Today, EQTY Lab, Intel, and NVIDIA launched Verifiable Compute. The new transformative solution addresses a critical need in the AI industry regarding trust and verification, particularly as autonomous AI agents become more prevalent.
By basing trust on the next-generation hardware silicon from NVIDIA and Intel, Verifiable Compute establishes a new standard for security and innovation in AI. The framework is the culmination of two years of intensive research, with input and support from the Hedera ecosystem at key stages. It features an SLSA 3 security level system based on hardware to create cryptographic certificates to govern and audit AI workflows, all anchored in the immutable and transparent history that the Hedera network uniquely enables.
Verifiable Compute leverages advanced cryptography to protect and control data, models, and AI agents, transforming the way organizations apply AI governance and automate auditing. The solution features a hardware-based AI certification and notary system that ensures explainability, accountability, and security of AI training, inference, and benchmarking at runtime. This can isolate sensitive AI operations and create tamper-proof records of every data object and code computed in AI training and inference.
The framework leverages the Hedera consensus service to create an immutable record of AI calculations, harnessing the transparency and trust of Web3 to establish a new standard for enterprise AI governance. By anchoring AI trust directly in silicon and extending it to the Hedera network, this solution provides a tangible use case that demonstrates the power of Web3 to enhance AI security, transparency, and compliance.
With EQTY Lab's tools, computation is represented through a series of certifications originating from trusted execution environments (TEE). These hardware certifications, which can be composed to describe complete AI processes, are compiled into a manifest that is anchored in Hedera as a verifiable timestamp and for subsequent verifiable processing.
"Hedera's enterprise-grade infrastructure, backed by a council of global leaders such as Dell Technologies, distinguishes it from other blockchains by providing the essential scalability and security needed to bring verifiable computing to market," commented Jonathan Dotan, founder of EQTY Lab. "We are proud to use Hedera's consensus service to drive a more transparent and secure future for AI."
Hedera's role in fostering trust in AI
At the core of the blockchain integration of Verifiable Compute is the Hedera consensus service. The decentralized ledger serves as a backbone for recording and verifying AI calculations, creating an auditable record of each operation performed on compatible Intel CPUs and NVIDIA GPUs. The integration offers several key benefits:
Immutable record : each AI calculation is recorded on the Hedera network, ensuring a tamper-proof history of all AI operations with a timestamp to establish when the operation occurred in relation to any known security breach or vulnerability. This verifiable timestamp allows verifiers to trust the anchored certifications of computations that occur before software and hardware vulnerabilities are discovered or after known patches have been implemented.
Orchestration of smart contracts : the Hedera ledger acts as a hardware link for smart contracts, enabling seamless orchestration of work across various AI protocols.
Improved governance and compliance: by leveraging Hedera's decentralized infrastructure, Verifiable Compute can enforce business policies and regulatory compliance in a single sovereign cloud or across multiple jurisdictions, enabling adaptability to different requirements and standards.
Enterprise adoption and regulatory alignment
EQTY Lab collaborated with a dozen government agencies in EMEA to develop Verifiable Compute, ensuring that the solution aligns with emerging AI regulations worldwide, such as the EU AI Act. The government and AI regulators of the UAE, known for their Web3-forward approach, supported the R&D of verifiable computing as early as June 2023 through a collaboration with EQTY Lab and Hedera to launch the ClimateGPT model. This collaborative effort has resulted in a solution that meets the stringent requirements of businesses, which will need to ensure that their AI applications and usage comply with a rapidly growing mosaic of global regulations.
Verifiable Compute is a testament to the real potential of cryptography and Web3. With its launch in the first quarter of 2025, it is poised to offer a new and powerful chapter in the adoption of enterprise AI and decentralized technologies across diverse sectors such as finance, life sciences, media, and the public sector, where the demand for greater trust and transparency is at an all-time high.
