Terms and Conditions:

  • Changes to the Simple Earn Rewards Rate will be published on the platform from time to time. Please refer to Binance Simple Earn Terms and Conditions and Risk Warning for more information before using Simple Earn. 

  • Rewards:

    • Promotion A:

      • Tier Bonus APR is offered as an additional reward on top of Real-Time APR. After enrolling, Tier Bonus APR rewards will begin accruing the following day starting at 00:00 UTC (i.e. 00:00 UTC on the same day of enrollment). Rewards will begin to be distributed the following day after they begin accruing, between 00:00 UTC and 05:00 UTC to the user’s Spot Wallet.

      • All users who have open positions for Flexible Products on IOST will receive Real-Time APR and Tier Bonus APR rewards during the promotion period. Once the Promotion ends, users will only be entitled to Real-Time APR rewards.

      • Bonus APR rewards per tier are calculated based on subscribed amounts and are subject to the respective tier cap for each token. Please see the FAQ for more details.

    • Promotion B:

      • Token voucher rewards will be distributed within three weeks after the Promotion ends. Users can redeem their voucher rewards in Profile Rewards Hub.

      • All token voucher rewards will expire within 30 days of distribution. Eligible users must claim their vouchers before the expiration date.Learn how to redeem a token voucher.

  • The assets you deposit into Simple Earn can be lent to other Binance users (e.g. Margin and Crypto Lending products).

  • A large number of redemption requests may temporarily delay redemption. Redemptions may resume once liquidity returns.

  • Users can view their Flexible Products assets by going to Wallet > Earn > Simple Earn.

  • Redemption time for Flexible Product subscriptions: instant.

  • Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the Binance program code or interferes with the operation of the Binance program code with other software.

  • Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participants who, in its reasonable opinion, are acting fraudulently or in breach of any applicable terms and conditions.
