correct only buy bitcoin .. it is a store of value

Good afternoon, as of this post, I have not invested anything yet. However, I am planning a strategy and I want your feedback. At first, I will transfer my BRL to USDT in order to improve my earnings. Then, I will wait for Bitcoin to drop below 90k. From what I understand, it is on the decline. Considering that I have just over 50 reais to invest per month, do you think this plan makes sense? (I am an ordinary and miserable CLT).
