On the morning of December 16 (today), a Twitter account named @Squirrel_Dad12, believed to be the owner of the cowboy-hat-wearing squirrel named Peanut, accused the Binance platform and several other organizations. The accusations relate to intellectual property rights regarding the listing of the memecoin PNUT without permission.

In his strong statement, Mr. Mark Longo demands that Binance immediately cease all copyright violations and urgently contact him before December 31 to resolve the issue.

More importantly, the owner of the squirrel claims to have registered the trademark since 2017, and this could be important evidence in this lawsuit. In addition to Binance, Mr. Mark Longo is also targeting other exchanges currently listing PNUT.

If Mark Longo wins the lawsuit, $PNUT may be delisted from all exchanges. And it could create a terrible shock in the memecoin market.
