#Ajuda $ME

I sold ME, I had invested 10 dollars that have now become 7. At the time of the sale, I had 8.50 dollars but the dollars did not appear in the account and are still linked. I cannot sell or transfer. In the wallet of $ME , it says 1.99 UNAVAILABLE. How do I withdraw or transfer to another currency? Please help me!
