“No matter how much you think you understand the cryptocurrency market, the market is bigger than any analyst. From my experience since 2020, I noticed that small currencies start to rise strongly at the end of the Bitcoin cycle, and this is where the market usually collapses. Currencies that recorded peaks in 2017 and 2021 will often return to their peak. The reason? Whales transfer liquidity from Bitcoin to small currencies to liquidate them. The market maker cannot sell large amounts of Bitcoin directly, so it transfers new liquidity from Bitcoin to unknown currencies, and not to currencies that hit a previous trend. For example: Currencies that peaked in 2020 did not rise in 2021, and likewise, currencies in 2021 may not give peaks in 2024. Be careful where the liquidity is heading!
