The rise of BTC is not healthy at all; there will at least be another drop of 10-15%. Then junk coins will completely crash, while strong coins will quickly recover in a V-shape, ultimately reaching the mid-cycle peak of the bull market.
Now you should keep at least 70-80% of your position, waiting to buy the bloodied chips.
It doesn't matter if you can't buy in; there will still be the peak of the entire bull market in the fourth quarter of 2025.
