Please I am begging you, if you are a beginner or even an intermediate, change the colors of the charts IMMEDIATELY! there is a very good reason why most exchanges and trading platforms use the colors RED and GREEN as default colors for the charts.
Because they are powerful emotional triggers, but not in a good way.
RED: is associated with loss wich can trigger fear in you and leads you to panic sell when the price drops.
GREEN: Makes you exited in an irrational way, which triggers the fear of missing out and leads you to impulsively buy more or hold what you have more than you should.
Also some experienced traders fall in this psychological trap.
