Hello everyone, this is my first post.
Since I had a lot of trouble analyzing a chart and indicators at the beginning, I am writing here a short list of indicators that I consider indispensable:
1) SMA (Simple Moving Average) and EMA (Exponential Moving Average)
Moving averages at different lengths of periods. If the shorter crosses the longer from bottom to top - possible rise, if from top to bottom possible fall
2) RSI - Relative Strength Index
Measures momentum strength: >70 overbought, <span oversold
3) MACD - Moving Average Converging and Diverging
Shows the relationship between two signals for two periods (usually 12 and 26 periods) with a 9-period EMA which is the reference signal
4) VOLUME
Indicates the trading activity on a security and helps to understand the interest of the market
5) ATR - Average True Range
A higher value corresponds to greater volatility
There are many others but for now I will stop here.
Remember to never invest more than you can afford to lose, go slow with leverage (if you are just starting out don't consider it because you will hurt yourself), ALWAYS set a stop loss, study and update yourself as much as possible, follow a project and not a current trend, always think long term.
Easy money in a short time does not exist except in illegal activities.
Good life and good trading
