PANews, December 13 - The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has decided to establish the Artificial Intelligence Standardization Technical Committee, numbered MIIT/TC1. It is mainly responsible for the formulation and revision of industry standards in the fields of artificial intelligence assessment and testing, operational maintenance, datasets, basic hardware, software platforms, large models, application maturity, application development management, and artificial intelligence risks. The first session of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's Artificial Intelligence Standardization Technical Committee consists of 41 members, with the secretariat undertaken by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology.
