It is indeed a psychological game as you said. Those with a strong mindset will not lose.

Why is the market not recovering? Is the price now the bottom? Will the market continue to decline?
These are the questions I receive the most, and this will also be a brief article to explain the above questions.
Do people see this as a psychological game? Players can easily be manipulated by market makers, steering the boat as they please. They can throw it anywhere, discard it wherever. Ultimately, it will still be bait, providing liquidity for the big fish.
If the mindset is not strong enough, staying in the market will not lead to survival. It may be the bottom now, it may be tomorrow, or it may not be now. When the market declines sharply, it also needs to stabilize before it can recover, right? Or it may need to dive deeper again to check once more before recovering. Who dares to declare that today is the bottom or tomorrow is the bottom? It’s normal for the market to rise or fall, what's the big deal?
Why do you invest, and after just buying, you want it to be green immediately, you want it to recover right away? If investing were that easy, everyone would be a brilliant investor by now.
A shaky mindset, jumping in and out, chasing peaks with FOMO, blalaa, all that differentiates is the psychological aspect. As for techniques, models, or methods, they are abundant on the internet. Survival lies in decisiveness and maintaining a strong mindset with good capital management, folks.
