Because the coin takes a long time to grow and a very short time to fall.

Let's consider the following example:

In this example, it took the coin 3 weeks on the weekly timeframe to grow from point A to point B. This is quite a long time. However, for the decline that immediately covered half of the previous three-week growth, it took only a few days.

I want to say that the rise and fall of cryptocurrency are not comparable at all. Cryptocurrency will always experience a greater and more rapid decline than growth.

The risk of a sharp and short-term decline is always higher (compared to the possibility of significant growth).

This is also noticeable in terms of time. In this example, the trader had to hold the asset for a whole 3 weeks to go from point A to point B, but to lose half of the profits from the three-week growth, it took only a few days.

An interesting balance, isn't it? To earn something, a trader must hold the asset for a long time, but they can lose everything in an instant.

I consider such market "behavior" to be outright fraud.

I hope that cryptocurrencies will be recognized as a type of fraud and banned.
