1. Am I eligible to participate in the $1 game?

To participate in the $1 Game, you must have a verified Binance account and answer the quiz correctly on the $1 Game homepage before you can click [Play Now]. For more information on verifying your Binance account, see our step-by-step guide on how to complete identity verification.

2. Why can't I find the $1 game in the Binance app even though I received the campaign email?

Please ensure that your Binance app is updated (version 2.43.0 or later).

3- How can I participate in the dollar game?

(1) Go to [Pay] on the Binance app, tap the [$1 Game] icon. Or you can go to the Binance Pay red envelope campaign, scroll down, and tap the $1 Game bar.

(2) Complete the quiz and click [Play Now] to submit a bid. You must submit a bid for the amount indicated under [Price Now] from your Funding Wallet, and you will receive one ticket.

(3) You can click the [Invite Friends] button to get more tickets. Each user may get up to three tickets by successfully inviting another user to participate in the game. You can get a maximum of 30 tickets in each round of the $1 game.

(4) You will receive an automatic notification or in-app notification to confirm your participation. To view your transaction details, go to [Binance Pay] - [$1 Game] - [My Subscriptions].

4. Can I cancel my offer?

You cannot cancel an offer once it has been submitted.

5. Why was my balance held at $1 after I agreed to submit the offer?

Once the bid is approved, your bid will be held until the transaction is processed. If your bid loses, it will be refunded within 48 hours of the winner being announced.

6. Can I submit more than one bid to get more tickets?

You can only submit one offer – whether successful or not – during each campaign period. But there is no limit to the number of campaigns you can participate in.

7. How can I get additional tickets apart from submitting a bid?

You can get more tickets by clicking the [Invite a Friend] button on the campaign page. Simply share the campaign link with your friends and invite them to sign up on Binance. Each user may get up to three tickets by successfully inviting another user to join the game. They may get a maximum of 30 tickets in each round of the $1 game. The more tickets you get, the higher your chances of winning the promotion.

Please note that to be eligible for additional tickets, your referred guests must participate in a $1 game. For example, Binance users must participate in a $1 game within 14 days of registering.

Depending on when the user participates in the game, the invitee may receive similar tickets during the current $1 Game activity period, or in the next period next week.

8. How do I know if I have won a prize?

The winner(s) will be notified via automated or in-app notification within 24 hours after the activity ends.

9. What happens if the bid is lost?

If you do not win, your bid will be refunded to your funding wallet within 48 hours after the winners are announced.

Please note that the $1 refund will be in the currency the bid was made in. For example, if your bid was converted to USDT from another currency, you will receive the refund in USDT.
