Nokia and Intel both had advanced technologies but suffered due to poor marketing strategies and strategic missteps.

Nokia: Despite leading the mobile industry, Nokia failed to adapt to the smartphone revolution, underestimating the importance of software ecosystems like iOS and Android. Their reluctance to innovate with touchscreens and reliance on Symbian OS allowed competitors like Apple and Samsung to dominate.

Intel: Intel had cutting-edge processor technology but failed to capitalize on the mobile and ARM processor markets. Their focus on traditional PCs, coupled with poor collaboration with device manufacturers, allowed competitors like AMD and Qualcomm to gain significant market share.

In both cases, strong technology alone couldn’t compensate for poor market foresight and strategy.
