#Russian authorities have confiscated $10 million worth of Bitcoin from a former Law Enforcement Officer in a major bribery case involving crypto. They confiscated 103 $BTC ,which valued at $95,175, belonged to Marat Tambiev, a former employee at the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF). Tambiev was convicted of accepting a 2,718 $BTC bribe, leading to a 16-year prison sentence. The seizure is part of ongoing legal proceedings, with the Bitcoin being added to Russia's state revenue.
