I look and wonder how much foolishness and hatred there is in some people. Well, it's clear with the citizens of 404, you can see them from three versts away. But the others? Where does so much hatred come from?

A threat of 'global de-anonymization' once again looms over the world of cryptocurrencies. This time, it concerns only Russia, but at the legislative level. Let’s try to understand what may result from this.
Cryptocurrency exchanges in Russia will be required to store data about owners for five years. This information must also be provided to rights holders or government agencies if a relevant request is made. This was reported by Rosfinmonitoring, which has already prepared documents on this matter. It is expected that the new rules will be in effect by the end of this year.
Currently, even the arrest of a crypto wallet will not help find the owner, as lawyers from Rosfinmonitoring have also stated.
Moreover, there is currently no way to contact the exchange — rather, there is no regulatory document that would oblige exchanges to provide data upon request. Any platform can simply ignore it or say that they do not have the data.
According to officials, the innovation will 'whiten' the crypto industry. Exchanges will be required to obtain a license, establish the crypto address of all participants in transactions, and provide data on transactions for the last five years.
