MicroStrategy: Preparing to Convince Buffett to Buy $325 Billion in Bitcoin
Warren Buffett, the stock god, uses the $325 billion cash reserve of his company Berkshire Hathaway to buy Bitcoin. He pointed out at the Microsoft shareholders meeting that if Microsoft adopted a Bitcoin strategy, its profits could increase.
Saylor criticized Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway in a podcast interview on November 18, arguing that its cash management strategy has problems. He emphasized the inefficiency of Berkshire's $325 billion cash reserves, claiming that this cash reserve can only generate a maximum of 3% after-tax returns while facing a 15% capital cost.
