It's been a long time since I've properly analyzed the market.
Actually, as long as the coins bought in a bull market aren't too terrible,
they will all rise; it's just a matter of waiting for the rotation.
Why did it suddenly break 100,000 this round?
Because of the Upbit incident, the bulls were forced to liquidate early.
A sudden political coup in South Korea was a black swan event,
it's somewhat similar to the year when Xu Mingxing was arrested, and OKEx suspended withdrawals. The market panicked, liquidating positions, and then the bull market began.
Why did it plummet down after breaking through?
The same market sentiment was high, and the bull rates were outrageous. New retail funds entered the market and were quickly schooled. Plus, there was a strategy to chase the bulls after breaking 100,000, which clearly made the market a bit irrational. After overheating, it needs to cool down.
How should the market move forward? I think a spike is a signal for quick adjustment and repair of the market. It should continue to rebound, but now we need to enter a longer period of consolidation. The comfortable market should have already finished.
The thousand-dollar waterfall basically just liquidated Bitcoin; many altcoins did not follow the drop. I think the focus should shift to altcoins for a while. We might really welcome an altcoin season next, but I don't know if it can be sustained.
