DO NOT do the following things if you don't want to FOMO during the Altcoin Season!
I advise you that during an uptrend, you absolutely should not do these things if you want to avoid FOMO:
1. Want to play in every sector: futures, margin, meme, airdrop, gamefi... I think it's best to be good at just one thing.
2. Do not participate in early investment projects; projects that call for capital and offer high returns are not as good as you think: risks after TGE, high deposit - withdrawal fees...
3. Do not idolize a project too much or a KOL too much. According to them, you may win 3-4 trades, but the 5th trade could be a project they created or colluded with that project’s team... So stick to investing on Binance for safety. Stay neutral to see how the crowd is behaving, and exit when that project is praised by the media and community like royalty (RACA is a typical example from the previous season).
4. Do not ask for investment advice or ask for take-profit points because no one can predict the peak of altcoins.
5. Buy and wait to take profits; then the project will be pumped gradually. Jumping around will make you lose good assets quickly. There will be signals for taking profits based on experience or from old data; once you take profits, just stay still and don’t be greedy or you’ll lose everything. Better to wipe away drool than to wipe away tears.
6. On-chain data, roadmap, and project vision are just illusions, misleading the crowd. Be careful!
REMEMBER: You must grasp the FOMO psychology of the crowd to understand how crypto operates. Don’t focus too much on the technology of the project!
