Circle received a conditional license to operate in France
Circle management reported that in order to fully operate in France, the company requires a license to work with electronic money, for which an application has already been submitted. France is ready for the presence of cryptocurrency companies, promoting the development of a regulatory environment for crypto assets, in contrast to the United States, where there is uncertainty in the regulation of crypto assets. The European Union Cryptocurrency Act (MiCA) will come into force next year, further strengthening the regulatory framework for the industry in the 27 EU member states, Circle noted.
