Great Britain and France are considering scenarios for ensuring Ukraine's security if it concludes a peace agreement with the Russian Federation.
One of these scenarios is the placement of their military contingent on the demarcation line, RFE/RL writes, referring to the words of a high-ranking NATO official. He noted that discussions are not being held at the level of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, but rather in London and Paris.
The countries are preparing options for action in case the team of the newly elected President of the United States of America, Donald Trump, asks how European countries can get involved in this situation.
