WalletConnect releases decentralization roadmap

1. Phase 1 (current): launch

2. Phase 2 (Q1 2024): launch closed network and complete testing to enable Panel Mode license registration, allowing multiple third-party relays.

3. Phase 3 (Q3 2024): launch open network and complete testing, using selected third-party relays to establish point-to-point framework and achieve progressive network access.

4. Phase 4 (end of 2025): officially launch open, permissionless network, WalletConnect network will transition to fully decentralized state and be jointly operated by a community of infrastructure providers.
