A longtime investor and supporter of Elon Musk has publicly expressed his disillusionment with the billionaire's sudden transformation into a Donald Trump supporter.

Ross Gerber, CEO of Gerber Kawasaki Wealth & Investment Management, revealed in an interview with Reuters that he feels regretful for being one of Musk's "greatest enablers" over the past decade.

Gerber's investment fund still holds $50 million worth of Tesla stock, but he has been gradually selling off his original stake. He expressed frustration with Musk's lack of focus on building Tesla, citing the company's failed promises on Full Self-Driving technology.

Musk's recent behavior has alienated not only Gerber but also his ex-partner, Claire "Grimes" Boucher, who described him as "unrecognizable" on X-formerly-Twitter.
