Tesla's humanoid robot immediately "sold out" right after its launch and was subsequently resold across online platforms, priced anywhere from 4 to 250 times the original price, reaching up to $10,000.

Elon Musk has made bold claims multiple times that one day, everyone on Earth could own a Tesla Optimus, a life-sized robot priced between $20,000 to $30,000.

Although that seems unlikely in the near future (if at all), Tesla recently released a much more affordable alternative: a miniature humanoid robot priced at $40.

As expected, the Tesla Bot model sold out immediately and quickly flooded online markets, with prices ranging from a few hundred dollars to several thousand dollars.

Quietly launched on the Tesla Shop last weekend, this small Optimus version is a highly detailed model, with 20 joints across more than 40 individual parts. The tiny humanoid robot can mimic the movements of the full-sized Optimus prototype.

Tesla frequently releases new quirky accessories, and they almost always "sell out" very quickly. With this tiny action robot, the entire stock was gone in less than 24 hours.

Subsequently, many accounts have resold them on eBay, with prices often ranging from over $100 to $600. Some even listed this model for $10,000.

Each model comes with a small charging base and a miniature version of the Cyberhammer. The model stands about 18.2cm tall and about 5.5cm wide, weighing only 48 grams.

Tesla has stated that it is currently out of stock and those interested can leave their email addresses to be notified when it is back in stock. However, there is no information on the waiting time.

This is not the first time Tesla has launched an unusual product. Earlier this year, the company introduced the Cybervessel, a double-walled bottle with a sci-fi style, priced at over $50. Meanwhile, the smaller CyberStein model, with a capacity of 561ml, costs $40.
