His name is James Howells, a British man who became famous for accidentally throwing a hard drive containing 8,000 BTC Bitcoin into the trash in 2013.
He appeared in an interview with BBC and said that one bitcoin at the time was worth $170.
Today the 8,000 bitcoins he threw away are worth about $800,000,000 (800 million dollars) = (3 billion riyals).
He says: For 11 years I have been searching for it in landfills. I will give any person, entity, company, institution or government that finds it a reward of 25% of my lost wealth.
