Bitcoin Approaches $100,000 Mark, Did Musk Win Again?
Today, Bitcoin once broke through $98,000 per coin, setting a new historical record.
Since November 5, Bitcoin has entered an unprecedented bull market, soaring by 10.29% on November 11, with the price surpassing $81,000. The momentum has not diminished, and it seems like it’s only a matter of time before it breaks the $100,000 mark.
Some "radical" overseas institutions have set target prices for Bitcoin as high as $125,000. The head of asset research at Standard Chartered Bank publicly stated that Bitcoin could reach $200,000 by the end of 2025.
The entire cryptocurrency community is filled with the wave of wealth freedom.
"Never sell your Bitcoin"
The main reason for the sudden bull market in Bitcoin is Donald Trump, who has just successfully run for U.S. president again.
On July 28 of this year, Trump attended the Bitcoin 2024 conference held in Nashville, Tennessee, and delivered a keynote speech.
"For a long time, our government has been violating a fundamental rule that every Bitcoin player keeps in mind: Never sell your Bitcoin." Trump praised Bitcoin, "This afternoon, I will outline my plan to ensure that the United States becomes the global cryptocurrency capital and the world’s Bitcoin superpower, and we will achieve this goal."
To raise campaign funds and gain support from cryptocurrency industry voters, Trump made a series of promises: advocating for all future Bitcoins to be made in the United States, the government retaining 100% of its owned Bitcoins, creating a stablecoin framework, and other measures to support Bitcoin.
After Trump concluded his "Never sell your Bitcoin" speech, Bitcoin soared, breaking through $68,000 on that day, reaching a peak of $69,370.
