11.21 Ethereum and Bitcoin Stop Loss Levels
Our stop loss level for Bitcoin is 99000, for Ethereum we use a single position as a loss, for example, if our current Ethereum position is 20% of the full position, we will set the final stop loss at the loss of this 20% position.
If it breaks through 3400, we will reduce our holdings by 50%, waiting to re-enter at a higher position, with the total loss controlled at no more than 20% of the total position, avoiding heavy positions and holding on to losing positions.
If it drops below 3000 and then bounces back to around 3080-3100, we will use floating profits to increase our position. Assuming the floating profit is 1000U, we will add 300-600U, bringing this portion of the increased position up to a stop loss at 3130.
If it continues to drop below the key level and then bounces back, we will continue to increase our position using floating profits, leveraging the floating profits at the key resistance level to enlarge our position.
