According to ChainCatcher news, reported by The Block, the U.S. SEC has postponed making a decision on the Franklin Crypto Index ETF EZPZ, based on a document released on Wednesday. Franklin Templeton submitted a registration statement for the Franklin Crypto Index ETF to the agency in August, which will hold both Ethereum and Bitcoin.

The proposed Franklin Crypto Index ETF, if approved, will be listed on the Cboe BZX exchange and will use Coinbase Custody Trust Company LLC as its digital asset custodian. The SEC stated in the filing: 'The Commission believes that a longer period should be designated to take action on the proposed rule change in order to provide sufficient time to consider the proposed rule change and the questions raised therein.'
