交易最大的意义是醒来，在你没有醒来之前，你会把交易中的贪婪和恐惧这些虚妄的东西当成是你的交易规则而无法去执行。就如金刚经里面所说的，一切有为法如梦幻泡影，我们所有的贪婪恐惧就是我们的有为法，而你会把他这些虚无的东西当成真实的。醒来之后该如何去做交易呢？我们有一个小故事，就是有一个小和尚问老和尚说在你悟道之前，你在做什么？老和尚说挑水、劈柴、做饭。小和尚就问了，说那你悟道之后，那你在干什么呢？老和尚说我还是在挑水、劈柴、做饭。那小和尚就问了，那悟道前和悟道后到底有什么区别呢？老和尚就说了，悟道前，我挑水的时候想到劈柴，劈柴的时候想到做饭，我悟道后，劈柴就是劈柴，挑水就是挑水，做饭就是做饭，其实所有的悟道不在任何地方寻找当下就是悟道，比如说我们做交易的时候。你做任何的交易，就是考虑执行交易规则，而不用去考虑我赚不赚钱，你只要是说做对了你这个交易规则，动作做对了，你的结果就一定100%是赚钱的，不用去为未来担忧，就过好当下就可以了。只要我们生活中是一样的，你所有的担忧其实都是多余的。任何事情来的时候，你只需要把它做好，不管是好事情还是坏事情，而忽略掉那个所谓的情绪，情绪都是对你未来的一种干扰。我们不要执着于外在的东西，禅宗里面有一句话叫我执是一切痛苦的来源。
