The obsession with price fluctuations is the inner demon that leads to your losses,
1: The obsession with rising prices when fully invested
When fully invested, you cannot stand seeing a drop; the fear of falling will make you sell at the lowest point.
2: The obsession with falling prices when out of the market
When out of the market, you cannot stand seeing a rise; the greed for rising prices will make you buy at the highest point.
So do not be too obsessed with price fluctuations.
If you can adjust to it, being calm when out of the market during a rebound and calm when fully invested during a decline is enough; patiently wait for the profits to come to you.
To be honest, I still cannot achieve this level of calmness in my practice; at this stage, I rely on self-discipline to force myself because I already know what is right to do. Therefore, I force myself to do it. Taoism calls this going with the flow. My kind of forcing cannot last long, so I need to continue adjusting; trading is a lonely practice.
Returning to the early market, Bitcoin remains strong, ETH is relatively weak, buy mainstream coins at a low, reserve 20% of the position to chase hot topics, buy Golden Dog. My aggressive entry standard is to see the stabilization range on the 30-minute chart and trade frequently. Once the time for Ethereum and altcoins to rise comes, I must hold on to the valuable coins I have until the end.
