ICX Ecosystem Solution

ICX's ecosystem is very similar to a "federal state": Republic is the federation of all blockchains in the ecosystem, Nexus is the parliament, and different blockchains are like independent small communities; small communities are connected to Nexus through "delegations" (Portals) composed of multiple "representatives" (C-Rep) to form a larger community. Token transactions and decision-making on various matters between different blockchains must be approved by the delegation portal.
