According to Techub News, Cointelegraph reported that the lawsuit accusing "Musk of manipulating DOGE coin" ended because investors withdrew their appeal. It is reported that a group of DOGE investors filed a securities class action lawsuit in 2022, accusing Musk and Tesla of manipulating the price of the cryptocurrency DOGE.

Techub News previously reported that U.S. District Judge Alvin Hellerstein in Manhattan dismissed a federal lawsuit against Musk and Tesla, accusing them of profiting from hyping Dogecoin and engaging in insider trading, including using Twitter posts, an appearance on NBC's "Saturday Night Live" in 2021, and other publicity stunts. Investors initially demanded $258 billion in damages and amended the complaint four times in two years.
