🔥Some memecoins are going up exponentially and some aren't. 🤑
We've recently seen #Bitcoin! hitting new highs above 90K. Some #tokens are following suit, others not necessarily.
So we have #memecoin from the #Solana Peanut The Squirrel PNUT network, which has just been listed on Binance. This memecoin was created at the end of October and has hit a new high, currently priced at $1.65. It currently has a market cap of $1.65 billion.
On the other hand, we have layer 2 #scroll with its SCR token, which was launched in October with an initial price above $1. This layer 2 was heavily criticized for the way its airdrop was distributed. Currently, the SCR token has a current price of $0.64 with a market capitalization of $122 million.
On the one hand, we have a memecoin with no utility, and on the other hand, we have a governance token from a layer 2 like Scroll. Sometimes the demand for certain tokens is given by other factors outside of utility, where the community plays an important role.
