Saga Phones receive $250 worth of ACS Token through Access Protocol's airdrop following a BONK buying spree.

ACS witnessed its most active trading day ever after the distribution of 100,000 tokens through an airdrop. Saga phone owners are still riding the wave of free crypto as they started receiving $250 worth of tokens from the crypto publishing platform Access Protocol on Tuesday.

Access Protocol announced a giveaway of 100,000 ACS tokens to all owners of the Solana-focused phone, continuing the streak of exclusive airdrops that transformed the previously struggling phone into an unexpected success.

During the recent active #BONK surge, traders discovered that Saga phones included enough meme coins to cover the $600 phone price. This discovery triggered a buying frenzy, leading to the complete depletion of Saga phones from Solana Mobile's inventory.

Although #Bonk NK has experienced a subsequent decrease of over 30%, reducing the value of each phone's 30 million BONK to below the unit's cost, several projects within the Solana ecosystem are queuing up for their own airdrops.

The ACS token from Access Protocol serves as a means of accessing a broad array of crypto-themed content. Token holders have the option to "stake" their ACS tokens with content creators offering newsletters, AI-generated anime, headline feeds, and more on the Access Protocol website.

Alternatively, they have the choice to sell their tokens. As of the latest update on Tuesday, the DeFi markets for ACS registered a trading volume of $16 million, exerting significant selling pressure. The token experienced a 6% decline on its most active trading day as Saga owners commenced selling their complimentary tokens.

The possession of the pivotal Saga genesis NFT—essentially granting access to these airdrops—indicates that fewer than 3,500 out of the 20,000 existing Saga phones have been fully activated. Essentially, many Saga owners haven't yet set up their wallets, hence they are unable to receive or sell any airdropped tokens.
