让自己的能量变得聚焦一个人的能量其实很有限，分散用到各处去，能量就会很散各个方面会表现出能量很低，我自己观察自己也经常有这种状况，就是在意的事情太多了。说点我自己幼稚的事情，我对自己使用的物品比较爱惜，比如买了一个车要去贴膜，还把车的屏幕的保护套给贴上，念书的时候把每本书都保护的整齐，电脑手机ipad耳机都要保护的好好的，东西依旧如新，可是心却蒙尘受累，后面发现别人从不刻意去保护使用的东西。我问别人为什么不用手机套，他说不好看且影响手感，本来就是用的东西，在意它干嘛，做人不累吗？东西使用磨损了很正常的规律。醍醐灌顶，后面我开始不那么刻意保护使用的物品，刚开始还真不习惯，首先把车的屏幕保护套扔掉，这一扔轻松不少，内心生出有种随意处置物品的爽感，尽管使用它而不是保护它。开始让自己在意的事情逐渐变少，什么东西磨损就磨损了不管那么多。发现很多纠结的事情成本和结果都差不多，就绝不刻意耗费心力找最优解。$BTC $BNB
