According to CoinDesk, the criminal trial of Tornado Cash developer Roman Storm will be postponed until April next year. A New York judge ruled on Friday that the trial will be delayed by four months from the originally scheduled December date to resolve disputes regarding the disclosure of expert witnesses. Last month, Judge Katherine Polk Failla of the Southern District of New York ordered both parties to exchange information about expert witnesses who may testify at the trial. Storm's legal team opposed this order, arguing that it would greatly disadvantage Storm's defense and violate federal criminal procedure rules. Storm's legal team has submitted a motion for a stay to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, seeking to overturn Judge Failla's order. A hearing is scheduled for November 12. Storm's trial is now set to begin on April 14 and is expected to last two weeks. Storm is charged with three counts: conspiracy to commit money laundering, conspiracy to operate an unlicensed money transmitting business, and violating sanctions. If convicted on all charges, he faces a maximum of 45 years in prison. #BabyMarvin合约尾号f9c #灰度XRP信托基金开放 #美国选情僵持 #11月市场预测
