He pointed out that the SAR government's strategies include guiding and leveraging market investment in strategic industries through policies, enhancing capital support for innovative industries; secondly, accelerating the development of the innovation and technology ecosystem through the introduction of enterprises; thirdly, strengthening the talent pool for innovation and technology through education and the introduction of talent; and additionally promoting regional cooperation, especially with the brother cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
