New community vote for STRK holders; this time on Termination of Transaction V0,1,2. In this proposal, we suggest that the sequencer discontinue support for transaction versions 0, 1, and 2 in an upcoming update. This change is in preparation for integrating the mempool and fee market, expected within the next 6-8 months. STRK holders will have the opportunity to vote on whether to approve the termination of these transaction types. To participate in the vote, ensure your STRK are delegated or self-delegated before the vote starts (TOMORROW), as a snapshot will be taken.
