🇷🇺 Today, a legislation comes into effect in Russia that enables bitcoin mining, approved by Vladimir Putin on August 8th.
In addition to establishing the requirements for mining, this law allows for the prohibition of mining in certain regions of Russia.
Some of the provisions included in the law imply restrictions for miners and bitcoin holders.
