Oviedo, October 30, 2023.- Reental, a leading company in real estate tokenization, arrives in Asturias, and acquires its first property in Oviedo. The company thus continues with its national expansion plan, adding a total portfolio in Spain of 31 assets, distributed mainly between the Valencian Community and Andalusia.

From there, the investor will receive a monthly dividend from the rental of the property, plus an additional capital gain upon its sale.
So far, the company has tokenized more than 40 properties, 7 of them outside the Spanish borders (in Mexico and the United States) and has raised capital that exceeds 9 million euros.
