According to Arkham Intelligence, a hacker who stole nearly $20 million from a US government wallet has recovered 88% of the funds — $19.3 million.
The funds were deposited in $aUSDC and $ETH.
The hacked wallet had not been used for eight months, and the theft was noticed after suspicious transactions.
