2. Spreading false information:
- Posting unverified or false information, rumors and slander, especially without confirmation from official Binance representatives.
3. Fraud:
- Creating fake price charts, manipulating the market or promoting fraudulent projects.
4. Promotion of third-party platforms:
- Directing users to other platforms (e.g. YouTube, Twitter), groups or sites that Binance deems unsafe.
5. Request for confidential data:
- Request for personal information, wallet addresses, login details, etc.
6. Phishing:
- Attempts to fraudulently gain access to user data.
7. Sale of paid services:
- Promoting paid services to other users of the platform or requests for payment.
8. Using prohibited methods to increase engagement:
- Using bots, creating false activity, mass registration of accounts and publishing false information.
9. Sale or transfer of account:
- Attempts to sell or exchange an account, nickname, profile picture or other information.
10. Marketing without sponsorship:
- Posting advertising or marketing content without notifying that it is sponsored.
11. Violation of intellectual property:
- Posting content that infringes the copyrights of others, including copying without permission.
12. Fake Binance connections:
- Using Binance logos, names or images to mislead users.
13. Insults and bullying:
- Bullying, harassment, personal attacks and invasion of privacy.
14. Posting inappropriate content:
- Pornographic, obscene, sexually explicit and other inappropriate content.
Users who violate the rules may be subject to various penalties, including restrictions on access to content, temporary or permanent account blocking.
