- The SEC has accused BlackRock, of failing to accurately disclose investments made by a publicly traded fund it advised. BlackRock agreed to resolve the charges by paying a $2.5 million penalty.
- BlockFi successfully exits bankruptcy and unveils plans aligned with its reorganization strategy. It confirmed its emergence from bankruptcy on October 24, 2023, expressing enthusiasm for the future. Also open withdrawals from International users
- Fred Ehrsam, co-founder and managing partner of Paradigm, plans to step into a less prominent position within the company, moving from Managing Partner to General Partner, to pursue other interests.
- BlackRock's iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBTC) briefly disappeared from DTCC's website, but is back now. However, a DTCC spokesperson said that IBTC has actually been on the list since August.
